I have set myself a challenge to get my fundraising for Tyneside Rape Crisis off to a good start this year. As the title suggests, a month of consecutive workouts, with no days off. 28 workouts. I started today with a 20 minute run and some core exercises. While I was out , I realised that I want people to know that I'm serious about this.
